Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page or use the carrier's website to follow your shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@freshfinds.com if you need to make changes or cancel.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@freshfinds.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1-2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will go back to your original payment method.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — final sale items, perishables, and personal care products cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Are product descriptions accurate?
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. If something doesn't match, please contact us immediately.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are restocked regularly. Sign up for our email list to be notified when popular products come back.
